Life can feel messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Central Bible College (now Evangel University) in 1997 and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in 2015.

For nearly three decades I’ve been involved in ministry alongside my husband, which gives me firsthand insight into how spiritual care and mental health care intersect—and how they can overlap and be distinct at the same time. Being in ministry (especially in the early years), helped me understand how painfully inadequate I was to help people walk through their own journey.

My husband and I have also walked through the pain of infertility. These struggles is what inspired me to pursue my counseling practice. I want to help women and couples navigate this absolutely life-wrenching part of life and help them understand that it is not their fault, and they can find healing and hope.

I’ve personally struggled with severe health issues and anxiety — I didn’t even realize it was anxiety for a long time, because I was used to it and accepted it as normal.

I am mom of two wonderful kids. My daughter is recently married, and my son is in his senior year of high school. I understand what you and your kids are facing during these stages of their lives.

Regardless of where you are at in life, I look forward to meeting you and helping you start your journey towards healing and wholeness. You don’t have to stay stuck where you are right now. Change is within your grasp. I encourage you to take this step today.

Hi! I’m Rebecca!

Do you feel weighted down by life’s complexities and don’t know where to start?

That’s exactly how I see therapy — a collaborative space where we navigate your unique journey. Together.

I know from personal experience how challenging life can be. I’ve faced infertility, grief, chronic health issues, anxiety, and even the pain of spiritual abuse. Through my own journey, I’ve learned ways to cope, heal, and grow. And today, I live with a greater sense of wholeness, contentment, and peace. That lived experience deeply shapes the compassion and understanding I bring to my clients.

I am comfortable sitting with you in life’s complexities, understanding there’s never a one-size-fits-all path to healing. While my faith influences my approach, I provide a respectful and inclusive space to welcome clients of all life experiences.

Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll also find those moments of laughter that brings relief and perspective.

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and tailored to your specific needs. I draw from evidenced-based therapies and center the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth.

  • Person-Centered Therapy
